Field Service Software Configuration specialist - Under tillsättning eller tillsatt, ej sökbar

For our customer we are looking for a Field Service Software specialist within EMEA mainly in Europe. The position a perment contract and it's a direct recuritment.

What you’ll do:

As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be a member in EMEA, mainly working on EPMS/DCIM/SCADA projects on customer sites. 

• Provide on-site hardware installation and software pre-configuration of Power Management and control systems and next-generation Power Monitoring and SCADA platforms
• Work with software configuration engineer on site to implement system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, de-bugging, pre-configuration, pre-commissioning, FAT. SAT and training
• Works with and provides troubleshooting and technical support for junior Field Service Representatives as they execute jobs in the field
• Demonstrate safety consciousness in equipment handling, electrical and electronic procedures, and the unique situations encountered at diverse work sites.  Assist with procurement and maintenance of PPE for field resources.
• Provide timely, detailed and accurate site reports on service work performed, product performance, and warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation
• Provide project execution team feedback and contribute to working process, engineering capability, and resource review
• Provide customers with basic technical support and on-site information via phone or on-site consultation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer science, electrical engineering background is a plus
• Service experience: providing field service for engineering projects of complex working scope
• Understanding with EPMS/DCIM/ BMS software offerings as well as associated products such as SQL and MS/Linux OS
• Networking knowledge and certifications are highly desirable
• Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V) is preferred
• Strong English language knowledge
• Soft skills: Team work, Communication skills, Customer Focus, Flexibility, Be able to work together with different cultures, Able to follow instructions
• Flexibility and eligibility to travel in EMEA region with overnight stays
